Within Financial Services Business Consulting in Stockholm, we help banks, insurance companies, and asset managers develop customer-centric strategies, business models, and value propositions in a rapidly changing market. We are now looking for an experienced consultant in Customer Value Proposition & Experience with experience driving transformations from insight to realized business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of customer-centric value propositions and business models, and drive transformations from insight to pilot and scalable launch.
• Drive customer segmentation and customer insight work to identify and realize future customer value.
• Lead and drive innovation processes and service development in cross-functional teams, as well as in transformation projects applying AI.
• Translate CX strategies into concrete initiatives with clear business benefits.
• Identify business opportunities among existing and new customers, and drive growth in accordance with defined objectives.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience within the financial sector and/or the consulting industry. Experience in a consulting role is required.
• Documented experience in developing new value propositions and customer-centric business development.
• Experience driving innovation, product development, or transformations.
• Strong ability to link customer insights to business results.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and employees.
• University or college degree.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English.
