Our client is looking for a service-oriented receptionist for their modern office in Lindhagen. Here, you will be the face of the company in a professional environment characterized by high quality and a warm welcome for both visitors and employees.
About the role
As a receptionist, you play a central role in creating a first-class experience for everyone visiting the office. You handle incoming matters with precision and collaborate closely with the rest of the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
The role involves being the hub of the office's daily flow, where service and efficiency are in focus to support the business and its employees.
- Welcome and register visitors at the reception
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails
- Responsible for mail handling and incoming package deliveries
- Ensure that meeting rooms and common areas are presentable
- Administer access cards and permissions for staff and guests
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Assist with internal events and coordinate meeting logistics
We are looking for someone who
- Has basic knowledge of professional customer service
- Has good communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Has experience working with digital tools and administrative systems
- Has handled customer contacts in a public-facing environment
It is an advantage if you have
- Advanced knowledge of the Office package
- Previous experience from similar roles within finance or larger organizations
