Now is your chance to take on the role of Receptionist if you thrive in a coordinating position. Our client is looking for someone who wants to be the face of the company for visitors and contribute to a well-functioning workplace with professional hospitality.
About the role
Our client is an established player in the public transport sector. As a Receptionist, you will become a central part of the office, responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and that both employees and visitors are met with a high level of service.
You will have a varied role in a social environment with extensive contact surfaces, where you support the team with administrative tasks, coordinate office-related matters, and contribute to a well-organized workplace.
You must be available to start on August 3rd.
Responsibilities
The role combines classic reception work with coordination of the office's daily needs to create a welcoming and efficient workplace.
- Welcome visitors and ensure professional and friendly hospitality
- Support the organization with ongoing administrative tasks
- Office maintenance and work equipment
- Ensure order and tidiness in shared spaces
We are looking for you who
- Have completed upper secondary education
- Have experience working in service
- Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you have
- Work experience in a similar role, or alternatively in hotels/restaurants/retail or other roles we consider equivalent
