As a Customer Service Representative at Sleepo, you play a vital role in the entire customer journey. You interact with our customers daily via phone, email, and chat, as well as meeting customers in our showroom.

The role focuses primarily on incoming calls, where you assist customers who wish to purchase, have questions about products and deliveries, or need help when something doesn't go as planned. You guide the customer confidently through the dialogue and take responsibility for finding solutions that feel professional, clear, and trustworthy.

The work is varied and takes place at a fast pace, in close collaboration with colleagues. This is a role for you who likes days that don't all look the same and thrives when helping each other and solving things together.

We are looking for you who

Have experience in customer service and thrive in a role with high customer contact, especially via phone. You enjoy a fast pace and juggling multiple tasks, and when things get busy, you gain energy, maintain your calm, and prioritize easily.

You are self-assured, express yourself well both verbally and in writing, and maintain a professional and calm demeanor even when the dialogue becomes challenging. You are comfortable on the phone and have an easy time building trust, helping people in a solution-oriented and efficient way – while keeping your cool.

Just as importantly, you are a true team player. You are there for your colleagues, provide support when needed, and contribute to a positive and secure atmosphere within the team. For you, it is natural to take responsibility – both towards your colleagues and our customers – so that teamwork flows seamlessly and results in the best possible service for our customers.

During periods of high tempo, you are a reliable person. You have a natural holistic perspective, are communicative, and collaborate closely with the team to resolve situations in the best way possible. For you, a communicative and cohesive team is a prerequisite for top-class customer service.

We would like you to

  • Have 1–2 years of experience in customer service
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks
  • Be quick and efficient at the keyboard and have good computer skills
  • Speak and write fluent Swedish and English

Advantageous:

  • Experience from e-commerce, preferably in furniture or home decor
  • Knowledge of German and/or Finnish
