We are now looking for more customer service employees for an established company in the automotive industry. The position starts immediately and runs until the end of December with the possibility of extension.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who enjoy working with service and who can maintain a professional and positive tone regardless of the situation. You are used to working independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and ensure that cases are brought to completion. The telephone is your primary tool, and you communicate clearly, calmly, and with a service focus.

As a person, you are responsible, structured, and have a positive attitude. You plan and prioritize your work naturally and contribute to a good atmosphere in the team. We are looking for you who have:

  • Upper secondary education; experience from customer service/customer support is an advantage.
  • Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing.
  • Experience in telephone-based customer service, sales, and upselling.
  • Good knowledge of the Office package, primarily Word and Excel.
  • High service awareness and good teamwork skills.
  • Used to working towards set goals in a team environment.
  • Interest in the automotive industry is an advantage, preferably knowledge of electric vehicles.

What does the role involve?

In the role, you become part of the customer service team where you help customers via telephone, email, and chat. You handle questions regarding both products and services and collaborate closely with dealers to provide the right support. The work includes both simple and more complex cases, and you actively seek information within the organization to provide correct answers. Are you interested?
