Are you a driven and creative Senior Procurement Specialist who sees opportunities where others see challenges? As a Senior Procurement Specialist with us, you will:

• Plan, lead, and execute procurement processes in close collaboration with our operations.
• Work with procurements across many different operational areas and contribute to efficient resource utilization.
• Develop creative solutions that promote good business practices and sustainability.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our change work and contribute your ideas for the future. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Strategically planning and executing procurement processes to ensure we obtain the best possible contracts.
• Analyzing markets and identifying suppliers that can offer innovative solutions.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through a consultative and collaborative approach.
• Evaluating and improving our methods and processes to ensure the highest quality and relevance for future needs.
• Being a problem solver who effectively handles challenges and finds creative solutions to optimize our business.

Your communication skills and personal maturity will be crucial for engaging and motivating your colleagues in this exciting work. Together with other colleagues in the group, you will help create a positive view of being a supplier to Haninge Municipality while contributing to the operations receiving clear and relevant contracts for their specific needs.
