About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will become an important part of the operations, providing support to customers and partners. The role primarily involves handling incoming inquiries via phone and email, managing information in various business systems, and ensuring that every case is handled efficiently with high service standards.

You will primarily work with:

• Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Order and case administration in various systems.
• Coordination and communication with internal departments.
• Follow-up on deliveries and customer cases.
• Administrative tasks related to daily operations.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in customer service, administration, or similar work.
• Is comfortable working in multiple systems simultaneously.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to prioritize when many tasks are ongoing in parallel.
• Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and communicative.
• Has good computer skills and good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Ability to work on-site in Jordbro.
• We prefer that you live in or near Jordbro to facilitate commuting.
