We are looking for a results-driven junior recruiter who wants to help build the team behind one of Sweden's fastest-growing digital car businesses.

For us, recruitment is not about posting ads and waiting; it is about actively finding, contacting, and securing the right people quickly. You will work in a team with one senior colleague.

We are growing and have a constant need to find strong candidates in areas such as:

• Car sales
• Mechanics and troubleshooting technicians
• Logistics / operational roles

What you will do

• Actively source candidates (LinkedIn, networks, etc.)
• Manage incoming applications
• Contact candidates via phone, email, and messages
• Conduct initial screening and selection
• Schedule interviews with candidates
• Work closely with our team to understand exactly which profile we are looking for
• Build a continuous pipeline of candidates (not just "filling a role")

We are looking for someone who

• Is fast, driven, and gets things done
• Has strong social skills and enjoys talking to people
• Is not afraid to contact candidates directly
• Enjoys working towards clear results (not just following processes)
• Has some experience in recruitment, sales, or similar (advantageous, not a requirement)

The most important thing is not your title; the most important thing is that you can find the right people quickly.

Structure & Compensation

The position is a hourly-based employment with flexible scope, where working hours are adapted to needs and results.

The compensation consists of:

• Hourly wage as agreed
• Bonus per successful recruitment that remains in the role after 6 months
