On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an Implementation Lead where you will lead and coordinate the entire implementation process for new corporate customers, from signed agreement to fully operational delivery. As the project manager for customer implementation, you are responsible for leading and coordinating the entire implementation process for new customers – from business decision to fully operational delivery. The role involves many contact points and requires structure, drive, and good ability to handle parallel activities. You act as the customer's primary contact point during the implementation phase and ensure that agreed solutions, products, and services are implemented according to plan, with high quality and within given timeframes.
This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by us at Academic Work and work on behalf of our client. We are looking for you who can start immediately and who see the assignment long-term, as our client ultimately aims to employ the consultant assigned to the role. The office is located in the middle of Stockholm City, where you are expected to work on-site.
At the end of the process, our client will conduct a background check on the final candidate.
Responsibilities
The role entails overall responsibility for guiding new customers through the bank's processes, where you act as the hub between the customer, sales, and technical experts to ensure high-quality deliveries.
- Lead and drive implementation projects for new corporate customers
- Create and follow up on detailed project and time plans
- Coordinate internal resources within KYC/AML, IT, and Operations
- Ensure that customer agreements and internal regulatory requirements are met
- Maintain an ongoing and professional dialogue with the customer throughout the process
- Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities in the implementation flow
- Contribute to the further development and efficiency of internal implementation routines
We are looking for you who
- Have good experience of working in banking with a focus on corporate business
- Have very good knowledge of Cash Management and payment services
- Have previous experience of coordinating or project managing administrative flows
- Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
It is meritorious if you have
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce
- Experience of international customer relations and projects
