Hermods University College is looking for an Education Coordinator based in Stockholm!

Your role and responsibilities as Education Coordinator
In the role of Education Coordinator, you are involved in the operations of our education programs and work closely with our Education Managers who have the main responsibility for the implementation of our university college programs. You will become a resource for the offices, and the assignment includes a mixed variety of service, coordination, project management, and ongoing administration across the locations in the business.
You are meticulous, flexible, and accustomed to organizing your work independently. You enjoy working in periods of high tempo and handle many different matters in parallel. You have good communicative and social skills, are receptive, and good at seeking information on your own. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
The position requires you to have good computer skills and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office. We prefer that you have previously worked with web/computer-based administrative tools, and it is an advantage if you have experience with similar tasks in educational administration. You are accustomed to taking notes and can write correct minutes and meeting notes.
To succeed in the role, it is required that you find it easy to connect with people and are humble regarding the challenges you face. You are clear and direct in your contacts and have the ambition to always deliver high quality in your work.
The work involves administrative routines and processes related to the various education programs in the area, such as:
- Perform, quality assure, and develop overarching administrative processes, as well as provide administrative service to colleagues and the supervising manager.
- Support Education Managers in administrative processes and planning regarding schedules, graduation, and CSN reporting, etc.
- Be responsible for archiving according to current archiving routines.
- Be responsible for purchasing for the business in consultation with the responsible manager.
- Participate in other cross-company projects or work areas that may occur, such as bidding work, IT support, marketing, social media, etc.
- Plan, coordinate, and develop the admissions process, as well as administer education rounds and courses in digital platforms.
- Other usual tasks related to the professional role based on the company's needs.
Qualifications
- At least five years of work experience.
- At least upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on administration/economics, or a university or university college degree.
- Very good computer skills.
- Extensive experience working in the Office package.
- Long experience working in different IT environments and systems.
- Previous experience as an administrator/Education Coordinator.
- Accustomed to keeping processes together and being responsible for them, and working with collaboration platforms.
- Interest in service and in informing, advising, and supporting.
Meritorious
- Previous work experience from University College.
Your personal qualities
You are accustomed to working independently, in a structured manner, and are meticulous. You will fit into the role of Education Coordinator if you are responsible, enjoy providing good service, and are interested in meeting people. In this role, you also need to have a good ability to understand and express yourself simply and clearly in speech and writing in Swedish. You need to thrive in a dynamic business with many different contact points, both internally and externally.

- The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of six months.

- Location: Drottningholmsvägen 37, Stockholm. Possibility of partial remote work exists.
