BYD – Build Your Dreams – is now establishing its first full-scale service facility in Sweden. We are looking for a Service Advisor who wants to be involved from the start and contribute to building a modern, customer-focused workshop.

Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor, you are responsible for customer reception, planning, and administration of workshop tasks. Your duties include, among other things:

• Receiving customers in the showroom and via telephone
• Scheduling jobs and creating work orders
• Planning workshop capacity in collaboration with mechanics
• Handling warranty cases and spare parts orders
• Informing customers about the scope of work, price, and delivery time
• Handing over vehicles and reviewing completed work with the customer
• Handling payments and other administrative tasks
• Participating in establishing routines and working methods in a new operation

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service or administrative work
• Good computer skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience from the automotive industry
• Experience with booking systems or workshop administration
