About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you act as a link between our client, hospitals, and pharmacies on the Finnish market. You work in an engaged team where empathy, professionalism, and collaboration are key to success in supporting both customers and colleagues. You will become part of a team of 12 people who highly value having fun at work and caring for each other's well-being in the workplace.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for the daily order flow and B2B customer communication, combining administrative tasks with professional customer service.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer contacts via phone and email
  • Administer orders in the business systems Salesforce and JDE
  • Communicate daily with distributors and transporters on the Finnish market, as well as extensive internal communication in Finland, Sweden, and other countries with which our client collaborates
  • Perform invoicing and handle credits and discounts
  • Provide support to customers in Finland and assist colleagues in Sweden and Norway with order placement and other tasks when needed
  • Ensure high quality in order handling with a focus on patient needs

We are looking for you who

  • Communicate fluently in Finnish and English both verbally and in writing, as this is used in daily work
  • Have good system and computer skills, specifically in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Have completed upper secondary education

It is an advantage if you

  • Communicate fluently in Swedish, verbally and in writing
  • Have experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Have previous experience in customer service or order management
  • Are experienced in working with Excel, including tables and filtering
