Job Description
Are you ready to take full commercial responsibility for high-profile client portfolios and drive large-scale business within Datacenter Solutions? As Sales Manager for Legrand Datacenter Solutions (LDCS) in Sweden, you will step into a highly relevant and dynamic industry. This is a complex role requiring a rare balance: your technical understanding is as sharp as your business acumen and your ability to build long-term relationships.
You will take full ownership of a portfolio consisting of local Hyperscalers, Collocations, and Enterprise customers. With a comprehensive and technically advanced product portfolio at your back – ranging from transformers and busbars to intelligent PDUs and enclosures – you will act as a strategic advisor. You will navigate smoothly across all organizational levels and serve as the crucial link between the customer, partners, and our internal expert teams. We are looking for someone who thrives when the bar is set high, yet keeps their feet on the ground. You are motivated by discussing technology with specialists one moment, and closing strategic deals with executive leadership the next. You have a strong internal drive, maintain overview in a global matrix organization, and love spending a significant part of your time in the field where the action is.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales & Growth: Identify and realize new business opportunities, and develop and implement tactical business plans.
- Relationship Building: Expand and nurture your network of decision-makers and specialists, ensuring the highest possible customer satisfaction.
- Bids & Presentations: Create accurate quotes in our quoting system, and deliver technical and commercial presentations to end customers and partners.
- Market Insight: Monitor trends to proactively identify how Legrand can continue to stay at the forefront.
- Sales Administration: Keep the pipeline and customer data structured and updated in the CRM system (Salesforce).
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 3–5 years of documented experience in a relevant, qualified B2B sales role.
- Commercial & Technical Depth: A strong sales background combined with a good understanding of complex technical solutions or infrastructure.
- Networking: Experience in successfully building, maintaining, and developing professional relationships at various levels.
- Communication: Very strong language skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- System Proficiency: Good experience with CRM tools, with knowledge of Salesforce being a plus.
We view it as a significant plus if you have experience directly from the datacenter industry or have worked within a larger global organization. However, if you have a similar background in areas such as industrial automation, power, critical infrastructure, or complex IT/telecom, it could fit just as well. The most important thing is your ability to quickly immerse yourself in our world.
