Böttcher is a global player with a strong local presence and is now looking for a traveling salesperson who wants to help develop the business within the industrial sector.
The recruitment process is handled by OnePartnerGroup on behalf of Böttcher and leads to direct employment with the company.
Your role at Böttcher
As a salesperson at Böttcher, you will work with selling the company's products and solutions to the industrial sector. The offering consists largely of elastomer-coated rolls such as rubber, polyurethane, silicone, etc., as well as wash fluids and press chemicals. The products are used in various industries such as the graphic industry, steel, wood, and textile industries, among others. You are responsible for your own district, where you work with both existing customers and new business development. The district consists of a mix of active customers, former customers, and new potential customers, with the task of developing business and building long-term relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for sales within your district
- Develop business with existing customers
- Identify and establish new customer relationships
- Work closely with customers in graphic production, industrial companies, machine builders, and maintenance organizations
- Act as a technical advisor to customers regarding Böttcher's products and solutions
- Plan and structure your sales work
The position offers flexibility regarding location, and you can base yourself from any location in Sweden, preferably from Gävle and southwards.

We believe you have:
- Experience in technical sales or work within the industry
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
Meritorious qualifications:
- Experience with rolls or related technology
- Background from the graphic industry
- Knowledge of German or Finnish

Böttcher has its own research and development, production in its own facilities around the world, as well as a global sales organization. In Sweden, Böttcher has approximately 30 employees and production in Sunne.
