About the role

As a Key Account Manager, you have overall responsibility for a number of strategic key accounts where a significant part of the business is conducted through procurement processes according to LOU (the Swedish Public Procurement Act). At the same time, you will also work with and develop business within the private sector, making the role both broad and strategic. You drive the business from initial contact and bidding to long-term contracts, ensuring that we remain a strong partner regardless of the business model.

Responsibilities

The role involves operational and strategic responsibility for driving business from idea to implementation, acting as a bridge between the customer and Elon's internal organization.

  • Responsible for and developing key accounts in both the public and private sectors.
  • Drive business according to LOU – from monitoring and analysis to final bid.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with procurers, decision-makers, and purchasing functions.
  • Actively work on upselling and development even outside of procured contracts (identify new business opportunities).
  • Collaborate with internal functions (purchasing, logistics, assortment) to ensure competitive offers and secure delivery.
  • Follow market trends, have a technical interest in the product portfolio, and proactively administer contracts.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in Key Account Management or qualified B2B sales.
  • Good understanding of LOU and public procurement processes.
  • Ability to combine structured bid management with relationship-based sales.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a clear focus on results.
  • Fluent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience from the white goods industry or related retail/industry sectors.
  • Experience working with the property industry, public housing companies, or real estate firms.
