About the role:
As a Customer Operations Agent, you will be a key person in Blocket's B2B support team. You will assist store customers with questions regarding technical issues, invoices, and other matters via chat and email. The role is broad and requires that you enjoy having many contact points, both internally and externally.
You will collaborate closely with teams within Tech, Product, and Sales, making it important that you are social, curious, and solution-oriented. This is a more technically oriented support role, focusing on troubleshooting and problem-solving. You will work in several different system environments, and your contribution is crucial for ensuring that store customers have a smooth and professional experience.
Your responsibilities:
- Handle B2B cases via chat and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in various systems.
- Handle questions regarding invoices and financial flows.
- Collaborate internally with the Tech, Product, and Sales teams.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience from customer support or administrative support.
- Is detail-oriented and accustomed to following established processes.
- Has good computer skills and an interest in technology.
- Is social, communicative, and solution-oriented.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaboration.
- Has excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish and English.
Advantageous if you also have:
- Experience from B2B support.
- Understanding of financial flows (invoices, collections).
- Basic knowledge of technical setups (API, import/export).
- Experience working in CRM systems or similar environments.
