The growth journey continues, and Jordgubbsprinsen is looking for another inside sales representative to join the team on Kungsholmen.
Responsibilities
As an inside sales representative, you will be the customer's first point of contact with Jordgubbsprinsen. You will work with customers who have already reached out and need help finding the right solution based on their needs. By asking the right questions, understanding the customer's prerequisites, and recommending the right setup, you drive the business from the first dialogue to closing.
This role suits you if you enjoy combining sales with creating good customer dialogues and are motivated by helping customers while working towards clear goals. You will primarily work via phone, email, and CRM system, handling several parallel deals. Once a deal is closed, it is handed over to internal functions that handle the continued delivery, allowing you to focus fully on sales and customer dialogue.
Your main responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Conduct needs analysis and prepare quotes
- Follow up on quotes and drive deals to closure
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant additional services
- Work systematically in the CRM system with documentation and follow-up
- Work towards individual goals related to activity, conversion, and revenue
Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Experience in sales or another customer-facing role
- Understanding of the sales process and experience working towards goals or KPIs
- Good computer skills and ability to work in systems
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Experience in inside sales or service sales is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you are comfortable driving deals, asking questions, handling objections, and working towards set goals.
To thrive in this role, you are someone who is confident in customer dialogue and easily builds trust. You work systematically, can prioritize between several parallel cases, and drive your deals forward in an engaged manner. You are attentive in your conversations, dare to ask questions, and are comfortable discussing prices and handling objections. You are motivated by creating good customer experiences while working towards clear result goals.
