Nordic Learning Center is a school operation within municipal adult education with a clear ambition: to offer high-quality education that meets both individual and labor market needs. We believe that education should be accessible to everyone, regardless of where they are in life.

We are a community where students and teachers work side by side towards common goals. Today, we operate three units with stable student volumes.

We are now looking for you who want to help tell our story

We are looking for a communicator who is passionate about reaching out – someone who can take a holistic approach to our communication and marketing, and who wants to help build Nordic Learning Center forward.

The position is 40% and you are stationed at our unit in Täby. We work on-site, either full days or half days, and it is important that you have room for this in your calendar. If you have another job on the side, that is perfectly fine, but we need to know that you can prioritize this role during daytime hours. We do not offer remote work or flexible arrangements for this specific role.

Here is what you will work with

You plan, develop, and execute marketing activities targeting the adult education sector. You create and publish content on our digital platforms and in printed materials, and are responsible for ensuring our website is always updated with the correct content, format, and design. You review texts and ensure that our educational offerings are published correctly and on time.

You also provide marketing materials to our principals as needed and represent Nordic Learning Center at fairs and events within adult education and the labor market. Above all, you independently drive marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives in line with our vision and goals.

Here is what we are looking for in you

You have experience in marketing and communication, preferably with a background in adult education. You are self-motivated and disciplined, able to drive your own work towards clear goals, and thrive when switching between strategic and operational tasks. You are skilled at collaborating with management and staying anchored in the organization's direction.

Here is what we offer

The position begins as a 6-month probationary period at 40%, with the possibility of increasing hours as the operation grows. Nordic Learning Center is covered by a collective agreement, which means secure employment conditions.
