At Swedbank, you will have the opportunity to:

• Drive and lead content projects from idea to implementation together with colleagues, product owners, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams and work agilely to continuously improve the bank's websites.
• Create fast and seamless digital customer journeys that help customers reach their financial goals.
• Use AI to efficiently produce content, tag metadata, and enhance the customer experience.
• Create, test, analyze, and manage digital content with a focus on visibility, conversion, and business results.
• Develop working methods to optimize content and customer experience using AI, SEO/AEO, and additional data.

In this role, you will need:
• A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communication, digital development, or equivalent.
• Substantial experience working with digital content, web publishing, and conversion optimization.
• A strong understanding of customer journeys, user behavior, and how content impacts business and experience.
• Experience with data-driven work, including analysis, tracking, and optimization of content and customer flows.
• Very strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and insights into concrete improvement actions.
• The ability to work independently, drive projects from start to delivery, and make prioritization decisions based on business value.
• Knowledge of SEO and AEO, as well as working with visibility and findability in digital channels.
• Experience with CMS tools (we currently use Adobe Experience Manager, AEM), as well as analytics tools and working with customer data.
• Strong project management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple parallel tasks and deliver within tight deadlines. Experienced in collaborating with multiple stakeholders in complex organizations.
• A good understanding of how various tools and technologies, including AI, can be used as support in content work, analysis, and optimization.
