Team Leader, Campaign & Event Marketing

Your Role

In the role of Team Leader for Campaign & Event Marketing, you are responsible for shaping how our brand is perceived in Sweden – through campaigns, events, and sponsorship initiatives. Your mission is to adapt our central concepts to the local market and contribute to the development of our national campaigns, with the goal of maximizing brand awareness, customer focus, and business value. The role involves close collaboration with both national and international teams, as well as our external agency partners.

You lead a team of two dedicated employees and report to the Head of Marketing.

Your main responsibilities:

  • You drive the annual campaign planning and lead the rollout of our national and international campaigns, sponsorships, and collaborations.
  • You analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors to refine our campaigns, events, and activations for maximum impact.
  • You lead the collaboration with our external creative agency and ensure deliveries are made on time, within budget, and in line with our KPIs.
  • You set clear performance goals for our activities based on brand tracking, and continuously optimize our internal processes and ways of working.
  • You lead, motivate, and develop your employees in their daily work. You coach the team forward and create the right conditions to achieve set goals.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you are a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented doer. You have a strong business and results-oriented focus and thrive in a changing environment where you need to be flexible, receptive, and humble. Since the role involves many touchpoints, you are skilled at collaborating and building good relationships with both internal teams and external partners. You are motivated by driving projects to completion and have a genuine interest in market trends and environmental scanning.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Several years of experience in project managing and activating extensive campaigns, events, as well as sponsorship and collaboration projects.
  • Broad knowledge in marketing and experience with customer segmentation, with a focus on adapting our communication for maximum impact.
  • In-depth knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) in marketing and experience in steering activities towards set KPIs.
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • A valid driver's license (Category B), as travel to various activities and events is included in the role.

We see it as a plus if you also have:

  • Previous experience in leading and developing teams.
  • An academic degree in marketing or communication.
  • Good knowledge of German.
