We are looking for an Agreement Coordinator for a public housing company.

This is a consulting assignment. The location is Stockholm.

The assignment is full-time (38 hours per week) with the possibility of hybrid work. The primary placement is in Skärholmen, but work also takes place at the offices in Solberga and Skarpnäck.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on business acumen, teamwork, structure, and a professional approach.

The Assignment

The role involves responsibility for contract management within larger construction contracts related to outdoor environments, common areas, waste, and vacuum waste systems. The assignment includes economic and quality follow-up, coordination prior to procurement, implementation of new contracts, and close collaboration with the property management organization and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for contract management within the assigned contract area.
• Ensure economic and quality follow-up of the contract area.
• Coordinate, handle, and ensure correct documentation prior to procurement.
• Responsible for the implementation phase of new or renegotiated contracts.
• Compile and produce statistics, economic documentation, and other follow-up within the contract area.
• Hold operational meetings and dialogue meetings, and ensure that relevant feedback is shared with relevant parties.
• Collaborate with property management areas and initiate actions based on incoming contract inspections.
• Educate, develop, and inform property management areas within the contract area, acting as expert support and advisory function.

Requirements (OBS, mandatory)

• University education in economics/property management/law/related to the contract area, or equivalent knowledge and experience that we consider comparable.
• Knowledge of LOU (Public Procurement Act).
• Worked as an entrepreneur, contract manager, coordinator, property manager role, or similar.
• Documented experience in contract management.
• Long-term knowledge or experience in the contract area from the buyer or contractor side.
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing.

Merits

• Experience in launching and implementing new contracts.
• Experience in collaboration between buyers, suppliers, and the property management organization.
