We are now looking for 2–4 salespeople who want to build a long-term career in sales and grow with us.

About SmartproduktionHere, you sit close to both the founders and the decision-makers. Good ideas are tested quickly, responsibility is shared early, and we believe that development comes from daring to try, getting feedback, and trying again.
We are small enough for you to make an impact, but established enough to have a strong offer and clear growth plans.
What you doThe customer is often a small craft company that wants to grow but doesn't always have the time or knowledge to drive their own digital marketing. You are the one who wins their trust and closes the deal.
- Prospecting and building your own pipeline
- Conducting booked meetings from our appointment setter
- Driving the deal from first contact to signed contract
- Working with short sales cycles (days to weeks)
- Working closely with Customer Success for long-term customer relationships

- Used to handling the entire sales process – from prospecting and first contact to closing and further relationship building
- Credible industry knowledge in at least one of: construction, electrical, roofing, plumbing, or housing – you must be able to speak the industry's language
- Used to working towards clear goals and commission
- Experience selling digital services or marketing
- Own network within the industry
- Personal background as a craftsman or from a craft company

Base salary 25,000 SEK + 10–12% commission with no cap.
Here there are no upper limits on what a really good salesperson can earn.
