About the Role

We are now looking for a Finnish-speaking customer service representative for Lensway, who will work across the entire Nordic market, with a primary focus on Finland and Sweden. In this role, you will be a key contact person for customers and responsible for providing professional and solution-oriented support through various channels. You will become part of a team that values collaboration, engagement, and a constant focus on improving the customer experience.

Your Future Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at Lensway, you are responsible for providing fast and professional service while working towards set goals for quality and customer satisfaction. You will handle incoming inquiries through multiple communication channels and actively contribute to developing both the team's work and the customer experience.

You will primarily:

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other digital channels.
  • Answer questions about contact lenses, eyeglasses, and sunglasses.
  • Guide customers regarding products, orders, deliveries, returns, complaints, and payment solutions.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and Finnish.
  • Has previous experience working in service or customer service.
  • Is proficient with computers.
  • Has strong communication skills and feels comfortable working in various digital systems.

Merits:

  • Experience from the optical industry.
  • Experience working in case management systems or other customer service systems.

Employment Type: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period
