Asta Agency collaborates with Adway in this recruitment process. This is a part-time consulting role, 10–20 hours per week. You will be employed by Asta Agency and work as a consultant at Adway.

About the role

As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will be part of and support the Customer Success and Sales teams with various tasks. You will work 10–20 hours per week, and your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Administrative tasks such as data entry and information management
• Event coordination – assisting in organizing events
• Travel bookings – flights and hotels
• Customer Success tasks – adjusting campaigns, contributing ideas regarding design and layout
• Image editing and presentation materials – creating and preparing PowerPoint presentations
• Reporting – compiling simple reports

Qualifications and skills

You are detail-oriented and engaged, with an interest in digital marketing. You have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a particular interest in building customer relationships. Finally, you are structured, proactive, and have an eye for detail.

• Currently pursuing post-secondary education in areas such as digital marketing or E-Commerce
• Strong administrative skills
• Interest in marketing and digital campaigns
• Experience with image editing and presentation materials is a plus
• Speaking French is considered an additional advantage

Additional information

• Start date: August
• Location: Central Stockholm
• Hours: Part-time, 10–20 hours per week
• Salary: Hourly rate, negotiable
