Here you will have a key role in the Nordic Commercial Operations organization, working with price and contract management for several markets and contributing to ensuring efficient processes within one of the world's leading medical technology companies.
About the company
BD (Becton Dickinson) is a global medical technology company that develops and delivers products and solutions to healthcare worldwide. The company has a long history of innovation and works every day to improve people's health through products used in healthcare, diagnostics, and laboratory operations.
The Nordic organization is characterized by close collaboration between different functions and countries, with quality, innovation, and patient safety in focus.
About the role
As a Nordic Price Operations Specialist, you will become part of a Nordic team responsible for price and contract management for the Nordics, the Baltic states, and Iceland.
The role is central to ensuring that correct prices and agreements are registered in the company's business systems and that price-related issues are handled with high quality and accuracy. You will work in a complex international environment with many interfaces where collaboration and communication are a natural part of everyday life.
A large part of the work involves analyzing price discrepancies, administering customer contracts, ensuring data quality, and contributing to the development of the company's pricing processes. At the same time, BD is undergoing extensive change work where more and more processes and contracts are gradually being moved to Salesforce and SAP, meaning you will have the opportunity to help develop future ways of working.
Responsibilities include
- Administering price-related cases and price updates for the Nordic markets.
- Ensuring correct pricing according to customer agreements and tenders.
- Administering, updating, and extending customer contracts.
- Investigating price discrepancies and analyzing history in Salesforce and SAP.
- Handling price-related questions from customers and internal functions.
- Handling disputed invoices related to price and contract issues.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Service, Order Management, the Tender team, and other internal functions.
- Contributing to improvements in processes, working methods, and data quality.
About you
We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where structure, analysis, and problem-solving are combined with many interfaces and close collaboration with the business.
You are self-motivated, responsible, and have an easy time getting into complex information. At the same time, you are communicative and appreciate working together with colleagues from different functions and countries.
We believe you are motivated by creating order, solving problems, and contributing to efficient processes where quality always comes first.
We would like you to have
- Approximately 1–3 years of experience in Pricing Operations, price administration, or a similar administrative role.
- Experience working with prices, contracts, customer agreements, or tender-related processes.
- Good experience with business systems and high system proficiency.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have experience with SAP, Salesforce, public procurement, or have worked in an international organization within, for example, MedTech or Life Science.
We believe you are
- Structured and meticulous.
- Analytical and solution-oriented.
- Driven and self-motivated.
- Responsible and proactive.
- Communicative and collaborative.
- Efficient and thrive in a fast pace without compromising on quality.
Why BD?
At BD, you become part of an international company where innovation and social benefit go hand in hand. You will work in a business whose products contribute to people's health while developing in a role with great responsibility, many interfaces, and good opportunities to influence and improve working methods.
You are offered a hybrid work model with modern offices in Marievik, flexible hours, and an engaged team that values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and development.
