Tasks and more about the role: As a Dispatcher, you plan and coordinate daily deliveries to ensure they arrive on time and smoothly. You plan routes, follow up on deliveries, and work in various systems to keep track of the daily flow.

You have daily contact with carriers, answer questions, solve emerging problems, and ensure that communication regarding deliveries runs smoothly.

You also work on improving route planning and develop your understanding of logistics, costs, and how results are monitored. As needed, you also assist with more advanced transport planning and linehaul operations.

We focus heavily on personal qualities, but we would like you to have completed upper secondary education or equivalent, and be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. IT interest and/or knowledge of the Intercom system are considered a big plus.
