About the Company

At Avaron, you get the security of a permanent position combined with the variety of working on-site with different clients. We recruit specialists in everything from technology, IT, and industry to project management and business support – and regardless of the assignment, you have a consultant manager who is there for you and your development.

About the Role

You will step into an assignment where structure, pace, and security need to function simultaneously. In a larger public authority environment within the justice system, a comprehensive personnel and office relocation for approximately 1,000 people needs to be planned and executed. This is not just about logistics, but also about creating order in a complex operation where floor plans, placement, risks, and coordination among many stakeholders need to align.

You will become a key person in the IT department's office and play a central role in keeping the work together before, during, and after several major relocations. Here, you need to switch between strategic planning and operational execution, while simultaneously driving the dialogue forward with relevant stakeholders. This is a role for you who thrives when the assignment is complex, socially important, and requires both clear leadership and a strong security awareness.

Responsibilities
  • You structure, plan, and drive the execution of major personnel and office relocations.
  • You work with floor plans and placement for a large number of employees, ensuring that the solutions work in practice.
  • You coordinate work between various relevant stakeholders and keep the dialogue, check-ins, and decisions together throughout the relocation process.
  • You plan, lead, and participate in the meetings required before, during, and after the move to create a smooth and efficient execution.
  • You drive the work with risk assessments and catch issues that may affect time, execution, security, and operations.
  • You contribute a security perspective in planning and execution, in an environment where high demands are placed on confidentiality and control.
Requirements
  • At least 9 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience working in projects within the public sector assessed as equivalent.
  • Documented experience with assignments related to major office or personnel relocations.
  • Documented experience working with risk assessments.
  • You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).
Merits
  • Experience working in security-classified operations.
  • Experience working within the justice system.
  • Experience working within the public sector.
We Offer

  • Occupational pension
  • Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
