About the role

As a Technical Writer within Information & Design, you help Infotiv's customers describe how their products work, are used, and are maintained. The assignments span several technology areas, from traditional mechanics and vehicle development to modern software solutions and IT systems.

As a technical writer, you are a crucial link between technology and users. You ensure that complex information becomes clear, correct, and usable.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Produce, structure, and maintain technical information.
• Ensure high quality in documentation and information flows.
• Coordinate content and work proactively to minimize errors and deviations.
• Get to grips with new products, systems, and technical solutions, and understand how they are used in practice.
• Transform complex technical information into user-friendly content.

About you

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and knows what they can do, whether you have worked as a consultant previously or come directly from industry. You appreciate collaboration and knowledge sharing, but also have the ability to drive your work independently.

We believe you have an engineering mindset and enjoy getting to grips with complex technical environments.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• A university degree or civil engineer degree, alternatively education in technical information.
• Experience working structured with XML and CMS.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to quickly get to grips with new technical products and systems.

Merits

• Experience from the automotive industry.
• Previous experience of technical documentation in complex development environments.
