Do you want to work closely with the Group Executive Team and the General Counsel in a broad, business-oriented role where you can combine qualified legal tasks with high-level administration? We are now looking for an Executive Assistant / Paralegal for an exciting company where you will become a key player in corporate governance, board administration, and legal support for the business.

The Role of Executive Assistant / Paralegal

As an Executive Assistant / Paralegal, you will work closely with the company's General Counsel and serve as a vital support to both the legal function, the Board of Directors, and the Group Executive Team. The role is broad and varied, with a strong focus on coordination, structure, and proactivity.

You will be responsible for administration and coordination related to board work and corporate governance, while simultaneously supporting the business with various legal issues. You will also be a key contact person internally and externally, contributing to ensuring efficient processes within the group.

This role suits you if you enjoy switching between administrative tasks and more qualified duties such as contract management, corporate administration, and legal assessments.

Examples of Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer board and management work
  • Support the General Counsel and Group Executive Team in administrative and legal matters
  • Handle corporate administration for the group's companies
  • Administer, review, and follow up on contracts and legal documentation
  • Provide support to the business on legal matters, including intellectual property, data protection, and information security
  • Participate in legal projects, processes, and due diligence work
  • Responsible for internal communication, training materials, and horizon scanning in relevant areas
Your Background, Experience, and Competence

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role such as Executive Assistant, Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or another qualified administrative position with a legal focus.

You have an understanding of legal processes and documents and thrive working closely with senior decision-makers in an environment where quality, structure, and pace are key success factors.

We believe you have:

  • Experience with board administration, corporate administration, or similar work
  • Experience in qualified administrative work in a professional environment
  • Good understanding of legal documents and contracts
  • Very strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple parallel tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

It is an advantage if you have experience working with corporate governance, data protection, information security, or in a listed environment.

As a person, you are driven, proactive, and solution-oriented. You are used to taking personal responsibility and like to stay one step ahead. The role requires you to be unpretentious, flexible, and able to build trusting relationships with various stakeholders. You thrive with many contact surfaces and enjoy being the one who keeps processes together and ensures things get done.
