You step into a key role where analysis becomes direct support for how an established loyalty program is further developed. In a consumer-facing business, you will work closely with issues concerning customer behavior, business choices, and brand development, with a strong focus on generating insights that can be translated into decisions.

The role suits you if you thrive working independently and enjoy moving from large datasets to clear recommendations. You choose your own methods and approaches in your analysis work, build models and scenarios, and help the business understand the consequences of different choices. This is an assignment for you who want to combine deep analysis with real business impact in an environment where your insights matter.

• You analyze large datasets and identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies related to the loyalty program.
• You develop models and scenarios that illuminate different business choices and their potential effects.
• You develop calculation methods and analytical approaches based on the question and data availability.
• You transform analysis into clear insights and recommendations that are easy to understand and act upon.
• You present results in a pedagogical way to different audiences and build a clear story around your conclusions.
• You support the business in data-driven decisions and contribute with both a detailed and business-oriented perspective.

• Extensive experience with SQL and the ability to work independently.
• Extensive experience with Excel and the ability to work independently.
• Good knowledge of visualizing large amounts of data.
• Experience working in PowerPoint, building a clear story, and summarizing insights.
• Ability to present analyses and recommendations clearly to a group.
• You work independently, purposefully, and are happy to bring your own ideas.
• You have a business-minded and responsible approach to work and can switch between detail focus and a holistic perspective.
