Avicii Experience is an interactive music museum in Stockholm that takes visitors on a journey through the life of the artist Avicii and the person Tim Bergling – from his bedroom to the world's biggest stages. Here, visitors can step into Avicii's musical universe, discover the stories behind the music, access unique materials, and interact with parts of the exhibition themselves. The museum is a place for everyone who loves music, creativity, and the joy of creation. We are now looking for Museum Hosts who want to help create a world-class experience for our guests.

About the Role
As a Museum Host at Avicii Experience, you are a vital part of the visitor's experience. You welcome guests, provide information about the museum, and help create a safe, warm, and inspiring environment from the moment visitors arrive until they leave.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and informing visitors
• Providing world-class service and contributing to a positive overall experience
• Selling tickets and assisting guests at the reception
• Assisting with the interactive parts of the exhibition
• Answering questions about Avicii Experience, Tim Bergling, and the exhibition
• Contributing to a smooth daily operation together with the team

At Avicii Experience, no two days are alike. You will meet people from all over the world and work in an environment where music, storytelling, and visitor experience are at the center.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who loves meeting people and wants to contribute to ensuring every visitor has a memorable experience. You are confident, service-oriented, and have a natural ability to connect with guests.

We would like you to:

• Have a strong interest in music, preferably in Tim “Avicii” Bergling's musical legacy
• Have excellent service skills and enjoy exceeding guest expectations
• Be organized and able to work efficiently even at a fast pace
• Enjoy working in an environment where days can vary
• Have excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Have experience from service, hospitality, retail, events, museums, or similar fields
• Take initiative and identify what needs to be done

• Speak languages other than Swedish and English
• Have a technical interest or experience working with interactive installations
• Have previous experience from museums, experiential activities, events, or the tourism industry

• The position is a fixed-term contract for 50–80% during the period September 1, 2026 – August 30, 2027
• Work on weekends and public holidays is required
• Opportunities to work at ABBA The Museum may arise
• There are good opportunities for extension if we feel it is a good fit
• The position is covered by the collective agreement between Visita and HRF
• You report to the Operations Manager
