Statens institutionsstyrelse (SiS) is a government agency responsible for individually tailored compulsory care for young people with complex psychosocial issues and for adults with substance abuse problems. Job Description

Do you want to work in HR within a mission-driven organization that is currently expanding? At the HR department of Statens institutionsstyrelse, we work strategically and closely with operations to support and develop a growing organization, focusing on leadership, employee engagement, and long-term competence supply.

We are looking for an HR Specialist with a focus on wage formation and statistics. This is an agency-wide role where you will map and analyze SiS's wage structure. You will work on behalf of the Negotiation Director and in close collaboration with HR colleagues within the agency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting annual wage mapping
  • Investigating and following up on wage formation and benefits
  • Assisting the Negotiation Director in implementing the agency's wage review
  • Continuously monitoring, compiling, and presenting personnel statistics
  • Handling the release of public documents related to wage issues and personnel statistics to our institutions
  • Managing key performance indicators within the HR area
  • Working in HR-direct as needed, which is the agency's support system for employer-related questions

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

  • A relevant higher education degree in HR, or other education combined with several years of relevant experience in qualified work within the field
  • Several years of current experience in wage formation and personnel statistics
  • Experience in follow-up and investigation work
  • Experience in developing and creating information and support materials
  • Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience in a similar role within the public sector
  • Good knowledge of Excel

Employment

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement.
