Job Description

Do you want to work in HR within an organization that makes a real difference and is currently expanding? At the HR department of Statens institutionsstyrelse, we work strategically and closely with operations to support and develop a growing organization, focusing on leadership, employee engagement, and long-term competence supply.

We are now looking for an HR Specialist with a focus on negotiations for an agency-wide assignment. Your role is central to ensuring a high-quality and cohesive negotiation process within SiS. You will work under the direction of the Negotiation Manager and in close collaboration with HR colleagues and managers across the agency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Continuously working on assigned negotiations and discussions
  • Being responsible for the organization and administration of the agency's Central MBL (MBL = The Act on Co-determination in the Working Life) process
  • Organizing, administering, and chairing SiS's Restructuring Board and Agreement Board
  • Investigating current employer policy issues
  • Compiling reports and follow-ups within the area
  • Developing and creating information and support materials
  • Assisting and providing support in labor law investigations regarding personnel matters
  • Working in HR-Direkt as needed, which is the agency's support system for employer-related questions
  • Substituting for the Negotiation Manager in their absence

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A relevant higher education degree in HR, or other education combined with several years of relevant experience in qualified HR work
  • Several years of current experience working with labor law and collective agreements
  • Several years of experience working operationally to investigate cases and substantive issues
  • Experience in creating and developing information and support materials
  • Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written

Employment

The position is a permanent full-time employment, starting with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement.
