H I Juristbyrå is looking for an experienced lawyer with a Swedish law degree, extensive litigation experience, and a strong commitment to high-quality legal work. We are looking for someone who wants to work in an environment where high tempo, legal quality, and a strong client focus go hand in hand.

The position requires previous experience in one or more of the firm's areas of practice, and you must be confident in handling cases independently, drafting complex legal documents, and representing clients in court. Experience in migration law and family law is particularly advantageous, but we also welcome candidates with strong experience from related legal fields where litigation and strategic legal analysis have been central to the role.

We are looking for someone with a professional and business-oriented approach to law, who is accustomed to taking responsibility for their own cases and can contribute both legal judgment and practical drive. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, and have the ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and trust-buildingly with clients, authorities, and courts.

Qualifications

It is particularly advantageous if you have experience from courts, authorities, or law firms, as well as if you have previously handled your own cases, appeals, appointments, or other complex legal assignments. Additional language skills beyond Swedish and English are also seen as a strong asset.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with complex legal advice, strategic case management, and litigation for both companies and private individuals. The work includes ongoing client contact, legal assessments, drafting court documents and other legal documentation, as well as responsibility for advancing cases with high quality and good structure.
