Responsibilities

• The primary task as an Accounting Assistant is to continuously support our customers' finance departments with economic administration.
• Work with customer accounts receivable and/or supplier accounts payable.
• Continuous bookkeeping, handling the invoice flow, and other administrative tasks.
• You may also be involved in monthly and annual closing processes and perform account and balance reconciliations for liquid accounts.

Qualifications

• Ongoing post-secondary education in economics, with at least 2 years remaining in your studies.
• Good knowledge of Swedish. Knowledge of English is also an asset, as several of our customers are global companies with English as the corporate language.
• Ability to work 2 days per week, as well as full-time during the summer and Christmas holiday.
• Previous work experience as an Accounting Assistant is an asset.
