About the job

As a Customer Service Representative at Samtrans, you will be part of a large team passionate about service. Together with your 40 colleagues, you are the face of the business and responsible for the first and largest contact with our customers. You will work with answering incoming phone calls and emails regarding travel bookings as well as handling complaints from our customers. In your role as a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our customer service. Within customer service, we work towards set goals together with individualized coaching to support everyone in their work.

We are looking for five employees for casual employment. Employment is per assignment based on the business's staffing needs. As a casual employee, you are part of our resource pool and offered work when needs arise. We would appreciate it if you have the possibility to work with short notice. The degree of employment varies over time and no guaranteed working hours can be offered. Work shifts and employment opportunities are agreed upon continuously between the employer and the employee.

Working hours are between 06:30–19:00, including weekends.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are service-oriented and have an interest in making people's daily lives easier. You have a completed upper secondary education, good computer skills, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously. To thrive in the role, it is important to have good collaboration skills as well as a professional and trustworthy manner. You are motivated by taking personal responsibility and working result-oriented. Finally, we believe that you are stable and can handle a periodically high pace. Previous experience in customer service or administration is desirable but not a requirement.
