Backer AB is now looking for a driven and business-oriented Technical Sales Representative for the Mälardalen district. Here you will combine technology, sales, and entrepreneurship in a role where you make a real difference for your customers' businesses.
Your Daily Work
As a Technical Sales Representative, you are responsible for developing sales in Mälardalen with a focus on new customer acquisition, business development, and long-term customer relationships within the industry. You map the market, identify new business opportunities, and drive the sales process from first contact to closing.
You work with customized heating solutions and technical products for industrial applications, helping customers find the right solution based on their needs and operations. The role involves significant autonomy, where you plan and manage your district independently, while developing existing customer relationships and creating new business.
The majority of your time is spent visiting customers in the district. You work from a home office but are always welcome at our headquarters in Sösdala. You will become part of a team of four technical sales representatives and have close support from product managers, technical inside sales, customer service, and designers. The role reports to Sales Manager Rolf.

We believe you have:
- Experience of successful B2B sales
- Strong self-drive and high activity level
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
To succeed in this role, you need experience from electricity, industry, or technical sales, as well as a basic understanding of electrical technology, so that you can quickly familiarize yourself with customers' applications and translate technical needs into the right solutions.

The position is based from home or from our office in Kolbäck, depending on your place of residence.
