An established partner in industrial maintenance and technical service. We help industrial companies create safe, efficient, and reliable production through service, repairs, upgrades, and technical improvements of industrial equipment.
Our operations include, among other things, mechanical maintenance, welding, sheet metal and forging, piping, machining, cylinder refurbishment, surface protection, and maintenance of rotating equipment. We also offer products and technical solutions that help our customers reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of their facilities.
Here, you will encounter a flat organizational structure with short decision-making paths, high technical competence, and close collaboration between sales, workshop, and service. We believe in long-term relationships – both with our customers and our employees.
Full-time | Monday–Friday | Start immediately or by agreement
About the role
We are now looking for a technical salesperson who wants to help develop our business in Stockholm (south of Uppsala to Södertälje). This is a role for you who thrives in a technical environment and wants to combine your technical competence with sales and customer relations. You will not be selling standard products from a price list – instead, you will help customers find the right solutions based on their operations and technical needs. To succeed in this role, you need to be able to understand your customers' challenges, comprehend their processes, and engage in technical discussions with, for example, maintenance managers, production engineers, and other decision-makers in the industry. You will be responsible for both developing existing customer relationships and creating new business opportunities. A large part of the job involves visiting customers, building trust, and finding solutions that create long-term value.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will, among other things:
- Be responsible for sales in the Stockholm area.
- Visit existing and new customers within the industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop existing collaborations.
- Work with consultative sales where the customer's needs are in focus.
- Prepare quotes and follow up on deals from first contact to closing.
- Collaborate closely with the workshop, mechanics, and other colleagues to find the right technical solutions.
- Work actively in the company's CRM system.
The role involves great freedom under responsibility, and you will largely plan your customer visits and workday yourself.
Who are you?
We believe you have a technical background from the industry and feel comfortable discussing technical solutions with customers. You might currently work as a maintenance engineer, team leader, service technician, mechanic, or within the process industry and feel that you want to take the next step in your career. Previous sales experience is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have technical understanding, an interest in people, and the drive to develop business.
As a person, you are:
- Relationship-building and trustworthy.
- Social and communicative.
- Curious and solution-oriented.
- Receptive and skilled at understanding customer needs.
- Independent while appreciating collaboration.
- Business-minded and thrive working towards set goals.
We would like you to have
- Technical experience from the industry.
- Experience as, for example, a maintenance engineer, team leader, service technician, or similar.
- Experience from process industry, heat plants, water treatment plants, or other heavy industry is an advantage.
- Good technical understanding of mechanics, pumps, or industrial plants is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
