About the job

As a Customer Service Representative at Samtrans, you will be part of a large team passionate about service. Together with your 40 colleagues, you are the face of the business and responsible for the first and most significant contact with our customers. You will handle incoming phone calls and emails regarding travel bookings as well as process customer complaints. In your role as a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our customer service. Within the department, we work towards set goals together with individualized coaching to support everyone in their work.

We are now looking for you who want to work part-time at 50% with varying working hours between 06:30–19:00, including weekends.

The position is a six-month fixed-term contract starting in September. There is a good chance of extension.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are service-oriented and have an interest in making people's daily lives easier. You have a completed upper secondary education, good computer skills, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously. To thrive in the role, it is important to have good collaboration skills as well as a professional and trustworthy demeanor. You are motivated by taking personal responsibility and working with a results focus. Finally, we believe you are stable and can handle a periodically high pace. Previous experience in customer service or administration is desirable but not a requirement.
