About the role
nimly develops solutions for those who want a simpler way to lock and unlock, creating a safer home. nimly is part of the RCO Group, which also includes RCO Security, Din Box, and Swedlock. nimly are experts in smart locks and aim to make it convenient to leave home while still maintaining full control over your door when you are away.
In the role of Junior Sales Representative, your main focus will be to process both existing and new customers in the Swedish market. A significant part of your workday will be spent visiting customers, giving you the opportunity to interact with different people and build strong relationships. The role involves considerable travel as you will visit customers across Sweden. Your tasks will align with your personal development and growth, and you will have clear goals and KPIs to work towards. You will be introduced to a welcoming environment and offered training and support from your colleagues.

Responsibilities
- Conduct customer visits and get to know their specific needs, wishes, and challenges
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Educate customers on nimly's products
- Handle follow-up and customer care
- Manage sales administration in the CRM system on an ongoing basis
- Participate in trade fairs and customer-promoting events
We are looking for you who
- Have a high school education
- Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
- Have a genuine interest in sales and technology
- Write and speak fluently in both Swedish and English, as both languages will be used in daily work
It is an advantage if you have
- Previous sales experience where you have met customers in person
The position involves travel within Sweden, which requires a personal situation that allows for travel. Trips often include overnight stays.
