Here, you will have the chance to introduce our completely new, unique SaaS solution for monthly donors via Swish and build an entirely new market segment from the ground up.

About the role

As an Account Manager at Adoveo, you will have a clear focus: breaking new ground and building an entirely new customer segment aimed at membership organizations and companies. You will primarily sell our completely new, unique SaaS solution for monthly donors via Swish – an incredible holistic solution that seamlessly converts engagement and leads into loyal monthly donors. The role involves driving the entire sales process independently from start to finish in an environment characterized by groundbreaking technology, high energy, and innovation.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for expanding Adoveo's customer base through active new customer sales of our unique SaaS platform for digital campaigns and memberships.

  • Identify and prospect new potential customers
  • Conduct digital and physical sales meetings to present Adoveo's platform
  • Drive the entire sales process independently from prospecting to contract signing
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet set goals
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at new customer companies
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a good customer journey

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in sales, customer service, and service-related professions (e.g., Account Manager)
  • Has completed post-secondary education
  • Has fluent language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience in SaaS sales

We use tests from Alva Labs as part of the recruitment process to identify the most suitable candidates. The first step is a logical thinking test, which assesses your problem-solving ability, as well as a personality test that gives us insight into your traits. The tests support our ambition to find candidates with the highest potential and to promote equality, diversity, and fairness. If you proceed in the process, the next steps are interviews and reference checks. Throughout all parts of the process, we rely on a clearly defined requirement profile to ensure a structured and objective assessment.
