About the role

As a Service Manager, you will have overall responsibility for one of ISS's valuable contracts with headquarters in Stockholm. Here, you will play a key role in leading an experienced team, developing strong customer relationships, and driving a long-term and successful partnership.

  • Location: Stockholm
  • Employment type: This is a fixed-term full-time position for one year.

Your main responsibilities

  • Personnel and performance responsibility
  • Ensure continued high delivery standards and a positive ISS footprint
  • Develop and strengthen collaboration with customers and employees
  • Drive projects and further development of the partnership
  • Member of the management team with direct reporting to the Key Account Manager
