We at Charlie are now looking for a Customer Service Representative for assignments in Stockholm. In the role of Customer Service Representative, you answer incoming inquiries via phone, chat, and email, helping customers with everything from payments and invoices to troubleshooting technical issues and deliveries.

We are looking for you who:

  • Are service-minded and enjoy solving problems

  • Have good communication skills

  • Speak and write fluent Swedish and English

  • Have a completed upper secondary education (high school diploma)

  • Can work full-time

  • Have experience from the service industry

  • Experience from customer support is a plus

Your main responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer cases via email

  • Provide professional, solution-oriented, and personal service

  • Ensure a positive customer experience across all touchpoints

  • Help establish routines and processes for the customer service function

  • Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth customer flows

  • Contribute where needed in the operations during the company's startup phase

The position is full-time (100%) and located south of Stockholm. You will work Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00.
