About the Role

At Perido, we are looking for a Finnish-speaking customer service representative for our client in the optical industry. You will be based at the office in Kista, with the possibility of working remotely 2 days per week after the training period.

Your Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you are the face of the company and the first point of contact for both new and existing customers. You answer incoming calls and assist customers with a strong focus on service and customer experience. In this role, you guide customers through the company's range of contact lenses, eyeglasses, and sunglasses. You sell products, provide advice, inform about product updates, deliveries, and payment solutions, and help customers find the right products based on their needs. In addition to phone contact, you also handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.

Qualifications:

• You are driven by providing good service and helping others
• You have a knack for building trust and establishing long-term relationships
• You are engaged and have a high sense of quality
• You are flexible, curious, and eager to develop in your professional role
• You can communicate fluently in Finnish and Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience from the optical industry
• Previous experience from service roles and meeting customers in a retail environment
• Speak several Nordic languages

Scope and Start Date

Full-time, permanent employment with the client company. Start in August.
