About the role

In the role of Customer Advisor, you are the customer's secure hand throughout the entire process. You work with existing cases where your job is to guide the customer through decision-making and follow-up. You are responsible for transforming an application into a sustainable solution through qualified advice.

Your main responsibilities:

• You handle incoming applications (inbounds) and act as expert support throughout the customer journey.

• You analyze the customer's needs in depth and present tailored solutions that make a real difference.

• You drive your own cases forward and ensure that the customer feels secure at every step, from first contact to closing.

• You build long-term trust and act as the link between the customer's challenges and Plus1.

Who are you?

• You have previous experience in sales or advisory roles, preferably within Banking & Finance or insurance.

• You are accustomed to handling customer dialogues and thrive with the phone as your tool.

• You are fluent in both Swedish and English.

• You are results-oriented but always prioritize quality and the customer's best interest in every decision.
