Are you looking for a varied role where you can combine administration, customer contact, and analysis? We are now looking for a structured and service-oriented administrator for a developing operation in an industry where sustainability and change are in focus.

As an administrator, you have a central coordination role where you collaborate daily with customers, colleagues, and external partners. You are responsible for ensuring efficient flows related to transport, invoicing, and follow-up – while also contributing with analysis and improvement work.

The work is varied and requires both precision and flexibility, as you handle several processes in parallel.

• Follow up and sign off on completed assignments
• Receive customers and handle the weighing in and out of materials
• Check deliveries and report deviations to the customer
• Register deposits and inbound deliveries
• Review supplier invoices
• Compile invoicing documentation
• Handle invoice complaints and adjustments
• Register volumes in various systems
• Maintain registers and investigate unbilled orders
• Produce reports, statistics, and analysis materials
• Support managers and the sales team in follow-up and development
• Provide support to customer service and transport planning

You will also contribute to the development of working methods and processes in an industry that is changing rapidly.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in administrative and service-oriented tasks
• Has a high school education, preferably with a focus on economics
• Has good IT skills and is accustomed to working in multiple systems
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently

Experience from the transport, logistics, or waste industry is considered an advantage.
