On our Private Loan Department, we deliver first-class service by helping our customers achieve better personal finances while creating positive customer experiences. We are now looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Advisor to assist our potential and existing private loan customers.
About the role: As a Customer Advisor, the telephone is your primary tool. You receive incoming calls from existing or potential private loan customers and assist them with inquiries regarding invoices, additional loans, and insurance. Additionally, you handle outgoing calls and manage administration related to these calls. A central part of the role is offering the right loan or insurance based on the customer's situation, where you actively work on upselling based on customer needs and have clear targets to work towards.
You will become part of a Finnish-speaking team where work is driven by both common team goals and individual goals. The team collaborates closely, distributes workload, and supports each other in daily work to maintain a high service level towards customers.
Good to know
The role is based at our office in Stockholm, but for those living elsewhere, there is an opportunity to work remotely according to agreement.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in service or sales, preferably over the phone.
- Speaks and writes fluently in Finnish and English, and understands Swedish.
- Wants to develop within service and sales in the banking and finance sector.
- Is motivated by a role with clear sales targets and high customer satisfaction.

Practical information:
- Start: According to agreement, with a desired start in September.
- Employment type: Permanent position, with a six-month probation period.
- Working hours: 07:30–16:00
- Location: Stockholm or remote within Sweden.
- Fixed salary 💰: The salary for this position ranges from 30,000 to 35,000 SEK and is determined individually based on relevant knowledge, experience, and education. Read more about the practical details at the bottom of the ad.
