YOUR ROLE

In the role of Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, you will be the company's primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and e-commerce. You will work actively to develop long-term customer relationships. This is not a traditional customer service role – here you combine first-class service with advisory sales and help customers through the entire purchase journey.

You are responsible for creating a smooth and professional customer experience by providing qualified advice and guiding customers on matters regarding products, brands, and purchases. The role involves close collaboration with store sales staff, the e-commerce team, and other internal functions to ensure that the customer receives the same high level of service and experience across all channels.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide professional advice regarding products, brands, and the purchasing process.
  • Manage customer dialogue via phone, email, and e-commerce.
  • Respond to product and sales inquiries with high quality and service.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through a personal and professional approach.
  • Work actively with interest lists and guide customers further in the purchase journey.
  • Book customer meetings with store sales staff when it creates the best customer value.
  • Handle online orders, returns, and after-sales service.
  • Contribute to the team's sales goals and a world-class customer experience.

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

  • Experience in sales or service where the customer experience has always been the focus.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience from premium retail, luxury, hotels, or other service-intensive environments is highly meritorious.
