We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Account Manager who understands the importance of building long-term relationships! You will work closely with our customers and offer the market's best service concept to optimize the management of consumables, thereby taking Würth to the next level!

The role focuses heavily on customers within the Elevator Industry.

 

What the job entails

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for your own district within the region and work on developing and expanding the district long-term to achieve growth. The area covers Central/Northern Stockholm.

You work from home and conduct customer visits based on planning that is suitable within the geographical area and meets the customers' wishes.

  • You actively work with new customer acquisition and manage existing customers to achieve growth
  • Based on our multi-channel strategy, you are responsible for the customer regardless of where they choose to shop
  • You assess customers' needs and find solutions to optimize their management of consumables
  • You focus on sales and meet budget targets
  • You work proactively and are alert to capture new business opportunities
  • You conduct practical product demonstrations

 

We want you to have

  • Experience in B2B sales, 5+ years, or equivalent experience from the Elevator Industry
  • Strong communication skills and good ability to collaborate with internal functions
  • Goal-oriented, result-oriented, and with a good business sense
  • A structured and orderly work approach, understanding the value of planning your work to achieve processing, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Solution-oriented and with a creative approach
  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Digital maturity and the ability to efficiently use CRM systems or similar system support
  • Experience in concept/system sales

It is an advantage if you have sales technical training and/or previous practical experience in work such as assembly, maintenance, installation. If you have a sales background, it is meritorious if you have previously worked in collaboration with the KAM organization and with B2B field sales.
