Responsibilities

In the role of contact center agent/appointment Booker, your main task is to independently contact and process new and existing customers by phone. You work with informing about and offering Audika's services in the form of appointment booking for Audika's customers. Furthermore, you answer customer questions, document, update contact details and file cases.

The role involves a high daily activity focus where structure, responsibility-taking and the ability to create trust in the customer dialogue are important parts of the work. You collaborate closely with colleagues in the Contact Center, the marketing department and Audika's clinics.

Examples of tasks:

  • Contact and process customers
  • Work on selling appointment bookings
  • Document and file in Audika's system
  • You are part of the Contact Center and collaborate closely with the marketing department and Audika's hearing clinics

Education, experience and personal qualities

  • Completed upper secondary education
  • At least 1 year of work experience in similar tasks, for example within customer service, appointment booking, telemarketing or other advisory customer contact
  • Good computer and system skills
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
